A screening phase where hundreds of applicants will be assessed for the English, qualification, experience, skillsets and client’s domain knowledge. The test is at GCE (General Certificate of Education) level and applicants will be shortlisted as per the matching criteria.
Shortlisted candidates are then having one to one interview with our Client to assess the applicant’s intelligence, enthusiasm, dedication and motivation. The interview will last for 20-30 minutes, giving the client adequate time to assess whether the potential remote Employee fit for the business requirements.
Candidates selected by the client would be given offer letter after the short workshop day to filter the best of the best through simulating a real working day for the client company. They will carry out the obligations of a full working day and be assessed on how much work they produce and whether or not they can handle the pressure.
