At SYFF ADAMS, we have made the outsourcing process very simple. Our Advisor will do everything for you, whilst you sit back and relax.

You do not have to worry about reading resumes, conducting interviews etc., your advisor who understands the offshore culture and has many years’ experience working with offshore employees will handle all this for you.

Simple steps to your dedicated outsource staff

  1. Contact our SYFF ADAMS to discuss about your requirement with job description
  2. We will guide the process by explaining everything you need to know before decision making
  3. Once you comfort with our business and process, agreement will be made with our term of business

4. We will start collecting resumes, assessing the candidate for shortlisting and forward to client for the interview

5. Client can start the interviews with the candidates for the job.

6. Client will disclose final selection list to SYFF ADAMS to proceed

10. SYFF ADAMS will sign employment contract with selected staff

11. SYFF ADAMS will arrange space with workstation, computer, network, other facilities and waiting to receive newly selected staff onboard.

12. Your team is ready to go! Start collaborating with your new staff on the pre-determined start date.

13. We welcome your training materials and project manuals to ensure a smooth transition for your new team.

14. After a successful onboarding period, client have the option to transition to direct contracts with your team members, allowing for complete control over your project’s staffing.

15. SYFF ADAMS team serves as a bridge, fostering clear communication and ensuring client’s staff stays focused on delivering your specific needs.
